Meet the Presenter

Mike Benzin has been working with non-profit organizations to advance their missions for more than 35 years. His career includes stops at the March of Dimes, Buffalo Philharmonic, UB, Roswell Park and Sisters Hospitals, Read to Succeed, Aspire and more. As a consultant he provided counsel and hands-on support for organizations like Crisis Services, Harvest House and Launch NY. Mike is currently Executive Director of the Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Service, a boutique non-profit radio station that broadcasts local & national newspapers, magazines, books and other publications on-air and online to people who are blind or have a print disability. A Canisius University graduate, Mike serves in leadership capacities for several non-profit boards and is president-elect of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, WNY Chapter. He first received accreditation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive in 1999.
