You’ll leave this participatory workshop with a sense of the tools you can use to help your organization craft a strategic plan or update a previous one. Join us in unlocking the full potential of your organization, ensuring lasting success in fulfilling your impactful initiatives.
Since strategic planning typically involves collaboration between an organization’s staff and board, we encourage staff members to attend with a collaborating board member or another key individual involved in their planning process. In this case, we ask that each participant register separately.
While participation in this workshop is free, we do ask for a $25 deposit, which will be refunded upon attendance or if cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that this workshop is limited to 25 participants. Lunch will be provided.
Meet the Presenter
Nikki Ronan is the founder and lead consultant of City of Light Creative & Consulting. She began the organization with over a decade of experience in various not-for-profit settings. She made the jump to consulting when she realized that she’d become the go-to person for people with questions about the nonprofit world, with a firm belief that there is nothing more energizing or fulfilling than helping an organization reach its full potential. With a Masters in Community and Economic Development and a second in Organizational Leadership, Nikki brings knowledge and experience to her work with clients.
