Time is running out to submit your SCR application for up to $5,000 in community arts funding before the December 5th deadline!
Here are six tips to follow before you hit that submit button:
1) Proof read for spelling
2) Proof read for grammar
3) Have someone not in your field read your application for comprehension
4) Double check budget math (Need help with the budget section? Watch this video!)
5) Make sure your responses address all aspects of the prompt
6) Read it out loud one last time!
Don’t forget that every person who will be reading your application wants you to succeed. And, the best news is, if your project is not awarded funding for this deadline, you’ll have another chance to apply in the spring and you can use the panel feedback to strengthen your application.
