During the first part of this workshop, presenters described and discussed the format and content for effective artist resumes and artistic work samples. This presentation is ideal for artists seeking to further develop their careers since resumes and work samples are often necessary for artist websites, gallery presentations, grant applications, funding requests and more.

The second part of the session focused on finding opportunities for your art career. The presenters gave tips and advice for seeking out local and national level opportunities in the arts including how to get into galleries, find residencies and apply for grants.
