Libby Pfonner is the Programs & Services Coordinator at Arts Services Inc., where she leads the Arts Access program and supports ASI’s broader programs and services for artists and arts organizations. In this role, Libby is dedicated to connecting community members across Western New York with free and low-cost opportunities to experience and participate in the arts, helping to make the arts accessible to everyone.

Libby brings a unique combination of creative, social work, and wellness experience to ASI. After earning her BFA in Computer Art with a minor in Art History from the University at Buffalo, she spent over 15 years as a graphic designer, managing newsletters, websites, social media, and creative campaigns for a variety of organizations. She later transitioned into working as a Wellness Coordinator at Cazenovia Recovery Systems, where she designed and facilitated programs for individuals recovering from substance use disorder and collaborated with staff to create inclusive, supportive environments. It was through this work that Libby became familiar with ASI and the Arts Access program, which inspired her to join the team.

Throughout her career, Libby has combined her love of the arts with her commitment to community and accessibility. She believes that the arts provide a space for individuals from diverse backgrounds to connect, communicate, and express themselves, and she is passionate about helping communities discover the transformative power of creative experiences. Outside of ASI, Libby enjoys creating stained glass art, Olympic weight lifting, spending time outdoors, and exploring new zoos with her family.

At ASI, Libby manages all aspects of the Arts Access program including coordinating passes and transportation to developing partnerships and supporting outreach. She consistently lends her skills and creativity to other programs and services that strengthen the region’s arts ecosystem. Her commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and accessibility is at the heart of everything she does.
