The 2022-2023 season of Arts Access here and we’re excited to announce some new partners as well as the Arts Access Plus program.

You can now register or renew for your pass online, in-person at ASI or one of our signup locations, or we can mail you an application. If you have any questions on eligibility, pass restrictions, or transportation, please call our Arts Access Coordinator at (716) 833-3004 x514.

Here are some guidelines to make your renewal process as smooth as possible:

  • The name on the application and the provided proof of benefits must match. If you are a parent, caregiver, or care counselor, please use the eligible person’s name on the application instead of your own.
  • Each eligible individual requires their own application.
  • If you receive more than one type of income assistance, only one proof of benefit is required. Please make sure the applicant’s full name is visible on the copy of benefits provided.
  • For passholder security, all physical applications are shredded after registration so please only provide copies of proof of benefits. If applicants can only provide original cards/approval letters, please note on the application that materials need to be returned so we can send it back to you.

We are excited to welcome Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Preserve and Old Fort Niagara to our list of partner organizations for 2022-2023!

An updated list of current partner organizations will be included with your pass. Please note that this list and available events are prone to fluctuation throughout the season. If you have any questions on participating organizations, please call our Arts Access Coordinator.

We’re excited to announce a new program offered through Arts Access called “Arts Access Plus.” Now, Arts Access passholders will be able to request up to four “premium” tickets to partner organization events at no cost. This includes special exhibits, on demand touring events, or special guest performances through presenting companies. Passholders will have the ability to request accessible transportation to and from the event through our partners at Hart Transportation, just as they would for normal Arts Access programming.

One month in advance, passholders may submit a request using the simple form for an event for the upcoming month. Requests will be fulfilled through random lottery until the monthly fund allotment is depleted. If you have won the lottery, you will be notified through your preferred communication method at least two weeks before the event at which time you may schedule transportation. The Arts Access Coordinator will buy the tickets or passes on your behalf and mail them to you or you may pick them up at the Arts Services office, 2495 Main Street (Suite 422) in Buffalo.
