Arts Services Inc. will be joining Visit Buffalo Niagara and the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning to present on funding opportunities for area theatre companies as part of the “Business of Theatre” conference hosted by Erie County Legislator Jeanne M. Vinal, Esq.
As an economics major, a lawyer who has represented small businesses, and a business owner, Legislator Vinal realizes theaters are collectively a major industry that:
- Supports other small businesses, including restaurants and hotels
- Supports other cultural institutions, including higher education
- Plays a vital role in the cultural well-being and satisfaction of our community

ASI will be presenting 3 sessions discussing state and federal funding, upcoming grant opportunities, and advocacy for government support.
